The Breckenridge Distillery is the not only the World’s Highest Distillery, they are also right across town from our Roastery! So it was only a matter of time before we joined forces to combine what we both do best: whiskey and coffee.
We start with premium coffee beans, these beans have been carefully selected for a creamy, chocolatey, nutty flavor profile that pairs perfectly with Bourbon and Rum. To achieve optimum flavor, the beans are aged in Breckenridge Distillery Bourbon barrels for 30-90 days before we finish by roasting them high in the Colorado Rockies.
